On Thursday, December 5, the J. Wray & Nephew Foundation (JWNF) hosted 700 school children from six (6) primary schools in Kingston and Clarendon for a “Sustainable Christmas Treat” at Devon House. The Treat featured rides, face painting and fun and interactive games aimed at imparting sustainable environmental practices to our children. Each school received five plants, and each student also received seeds to take home in an effort to teach them the importance of trees and plants and the role they play in protecting and preserving the environment.
