Applicants must be a dependent of a full-time, permanent employee of J. Wray & Nephew Limited.
Academic Criteria
Secondary
- Achieving 75% or higher on PEP examinations or 75% Grade Year Average
- Write a 500-Word Essay Titled: "How do you contribute to your community, and why is it important to you?"OR "Explain the importance of education in your life and how this scholarship will help you achieve your educational goals."
Tertiary
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA / B+ Average or higher
- Participate in 72 Volunteer Hours per Year

Write a 1000-word essay titled:Discuss the ethical dilemmas that arise with the advancement of artificial intelligence. How should society address these challenges to ensure that AI technologies are developed and used responsibly?OR
How do you define success in your own life, and how do you balance your personal values with societal expectations? Provide examples of how you have navigated this balance in your academic or personal experiences. - Reference letter from MP, Justice of the Peace, Church Leader, Principal or Police Officer above the rank of officer
- Recommendation Letter by Academic Advisor or Professor (Optional)
- Shortlisted Students will be contacted for a Panel Interview.

If the applicant is a minor, that is, under 18 years old, the applicant’s parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and submit this application on their behalf.
